工信部通報46款APP(SDK)存在侵害用戶權益行為

人民網北京2月8日電 (記者申佳平)據工業和信息化部官方微信公眾號“工信微報”消息,依據《個人信息保護法》《網絡安全法》《電信條例》《電信和互聯網用戶個人信息保護規定》等法律法規,工業和信息化部組織第三方檢測機構對群眾關注的生活服務類移動互聯網應用程序(APP)及第三方軟件開發工具包(SDK)進行檢查。發現46款APP(SDK)存在侵害用戶權益行為。

工業和信息化部強調,相關APP及SDK應在2月15日前完成整改落實工作。逾期不整改的,工業和信息化部將依法依規組織開展相關處置工作。
